For the thousands of yufin merchants starting to use yuMall, our yufin service that puts a virtual mall showroom in their phones, we are launching the “Answer as a Service” in a week.

“Ask Yufi” makes every small business owner as skilled as an expert salesperson working at a physical showroom selling gadgets and appliances.

Trained on the knowledge base of our own yuMall catalog items and learning from field interactions between yufin merchants and shoppers, it combines the unique, intimate insights of small business owners about their shoppers, with the product expertise needed to resell appliances, gadgets, and furniture with confidence. Of course, it works in local dialects too!
